Abstract

Munarti. 2022. The Effect of Leadership, Organizational Culture, and Additional Income on Employee Performance at the Tanete Rilau District Office, Barru Regency, supervised
by Hari and Muh Idris.
This study aims to determine (1) the effect of leadership, organizational culture and additional income partially and simultaneously on employee performance at the Tanete Rilau District Of ice, Barru Regency (2) the variables that have a dominant influence on employee performance at the Tanete Rilau District Office, Barru Regency.
This study uses all the population of employees at the Tanete Rilau District Office, Barru Regency. The data used is the initial data obtained from the District Office
while the data source used is secondary data. Data analysis in this study used data processing with SPSS. The test equipment used is t test, f test and dominant test or beta
test. Presentation of data with tables and narratives related to research variables.
The results of this study indicate that (1) leadership, organizational culture and additional income have a positive effect on employee performance partially (2) leadership, organizational culture and additional income have a positive effect on employee performance simultaneously (3) the most dominant variable is organizational culture variable
