PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN PENGALAMAN KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA MELALUI KOMPENSASI PEGAWAI PADA DINAS PENDIDIKAN KABUPATEN PANGKEP

The study aims to determine and analyze: 1) the direct influence of motivation and work experience on employee compensation at the Regency Education Office Pangkep, 2)
the direct effect of motivation and work experience on employee work productivity at the Pangkep District Education Office, and 3) the indirect effect of motivation and work
experience on work productivity through employee compensation at the Pangkep District Education Office.
The research design used survey research. The research location was at the Pangkep Regency Education Office. The research was carried out from October to November 2019. The population in this study included all employees of the Pangkep Regency Education Office, it was totaling 69 number of people. The sampling of this study was carried out using saturated sampling (census), which determines the entire population as a sample of 69 employees of the Pangkep Regency Education Office. The data analysis technique used is path analysis.
The results showed that: 1) there was a direct positive and significant influence on motivation and work experience on employee compensation at the Pangkep Regency Education Office, 2) there was a direct positive and significant influence on motivation and work experience on employee work productivity at the Pangkep Regency Education Office,
and 3) there is a positive and significant indirect effect of motivation and work experience on work productivity through employee compensation at the Pangkep District Education Office
