Abstract

Sulpiati. 2021. The Influence of Classroom Management, Teacher Discipline and Teacher Teaching Motivation on Student Achievement in UPTD SD Negeri Ujung Region 1 District 1 Cluster VIII Parepare City, supervised by Mashur Razak and Muhammad Said.
This study aims to determine and analyze the ability of classroom management, teacher discipline and teacher teaching motivation partially and simultaneously and the
variables most influencing student achievement in the UPTD SD Negeri Ujung Wilayah 1 District 1 Cluster VIII Parepare City.
The approach of this research is a survey approach which was carried out at the UPTD SD Negeri Ujung District 1 Region 1 Cluster VIII Parepare City which consists of five SD, namely UPTD SDN 11 Parepare, UPTD SDN 17 Parepare, UPTD SDN 21
Parepare, UPTD SDN 44 and UPTD SDN 61 Parepare in December 2020 to January 2021. The population in this study were all civil servant teachers of the UPTD SD Negeri Kecamatan Ujung Wilayah 1 Gugus VIII Kota Parepare, totaling 65 people. Sampling in this study using a saturated sampling technique (census) in which all the population in this study were sampled. The sample used in this study were as many as 65 people. The data analysis used is Multiple Regression Analysis.
The results showed that (1) there was no significant positive effect of classroom management on learning achievement, with t count .568 <t table 1.998 (2) there was a positive and significant effect of teacher discipline on student achievement, with t count 3.697> t table 1.998 (3) there is a positive and significant influence of teacher motivation on student achievement, with tcount 4,636> ttable 1,998 (4) there is a simultaneous positive and significant effect of class management ability, teacher discipline and teacher teaching motivation on student achievement, with a count of 17,598 > ftabel 2.76 (5) the teacher discipline variable has the most dominant influence on students' martial arts achievement. Based on the research results, the value of the coefficient of determination (R2): .464 means that the independent / independent variable (X) which includes class management, teacher discipline and teacher teaching motivation has a contribution to student achievement by 46.4%, while the rest is 53. , 6% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.
