This study aims to determine and analyze: The Influence of Work Motivation, Internal Communication, and Work Discipline on the Performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in Kalumpang District, Mamuju Regency. This research approach uses survey research that takes samples from one population and uses questionnaires as the main data collection tool. This research was conducted in Kalumpang sub-district,
Mamuju district. The time of the research was carried out starting in January 2022. The research population was all State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in Kalumpang sub-district,
Mamuju district, totaling 62 people.
The results showed that: 1) There was a positive and significant ef ect of work motivation partially on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in Kalumpang sub-district, Mamuju district. 2) There is a positive and significant influence of the internal communication variable partially on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in Kalumpang sub- district, Mamuju district. 3) There is a positive and significant ef ect of the work discipline variable partially on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in Kalumpang sub-district, Mamuju district. 4) There is a positive and significant effect simultaneously (simultaneously) work motivation, internal communication, and work discipline on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in Kalumpang sub-district, Mamuju district. 5) The dominant variable affecting the performance of the State Civil Apparatus in the Kalumpang sub-district, Mamuju district, is the work motivation variable.
