This study aims to determine and analyze: (1) the influence of work culture partially on the performance of lecturers at the Makassar Marine Science Polytechnic Campus (2) the
influence of partial competence on the performance of lecturers at the Makassar Shipping Science Polytechnic Campus. (3) the effect of work discipline partially on the
performance of lecturers at the Makassar Marine Science Polytechnic Campus. (4) the influence of work culture, competence and work discipline simultaneously on the
performance of lecturers at the Makassar Marine Science Polytechnic Campus.
This research approach is a quantitative approach. The research was conducted at the Makassar Shipping Science Polytechnic and was carried out from May-June 2021. The
research population was Makassar Marine Science Polytechnic Lecturers, totaling 44 people. The sample selection in this study was carried out using the saturated sampling
method, namely by determining the population as a sample with a total of 44 cadets. The analytical technique used is to use Multiple Linear Regression.
The results showed that: 1) there was a positive and significant influence of work culture partially on the performance of lecturers at the Makassar Shipping Science
Polytechnic Campus (2) there was a positive and significant influence on the partial competence of the lecturers' performance on the Makassar Marine Science Polytechnic Campus (3) there was no Partially positive and significant influence of Work Discipline on Lecturer Performance at the Makassar Marine Science Polytechnic Campus. (4) there is a positive and significant influence of Work Culture, Competence and Work Discipline simultaneously on the Performance of Lecturers at the Makassar Marine Science Polytechnic Campus.
