PENGARUH KOMPETENSI, PELATIHAN DAN KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI INSPEKTORAT DAERAH KABUPATEN JENEPONTO

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of competence, training and leadership on the employee performance of the Inspectorate of the Jeneponto Regency, as well as the most dominant variables affecting the performance of the Inspectorate of the Jeneponto Regency.
This research approach uses quantitative research. The research was conducted at the Regional Inspectorate Office of Jeneponto Regency. When the research was conducted from April to May 2021. The population of the study were 51
employees of the Regional Inspectorate of Jeneponto Regency. The sample selection in this study was carried out using purposive sampling method, namely the sampling technique with certain considerations. The number of questionnaires
that will be distributed to respondents is 51 questionnaires.
The results showed that: 1) There was a positive and significant effect Competency variables partially on the performance of the Jeneponto Regional Inspectorate Employees 2) There is a partially positive and significant influence of training variables on the performance of the Jeneponto Regency Regional Inspectorate Employees 3) There is a positive and significant influence on leadership variables partially on the performance of the Jeneponto Regional
Inspectorate Employees 4) There are the positive and significant influence of competence, training, and leadership simultaneously (simultaneously) on the
performance of the staff of the Jeneponto District Inspectorate.
