Abstract

Abdul Razak Natsir. 2022. The Effect of Work Environment, Leadership, and Motivation on Employee Performance at the Turatea District Office, Jeneponto Regency, supervised

This study aims to analyze (1) partially and simultaneously the influence of the work environment, leadership, and motivation on the employees of the Turatea sub- district
office, Jeneponto Regency (2) the most dominant variable on the performance of the Turatea sub-district office employee, Jeneponto Regency.
This research was conducted at the Turatea District office, Jeneponto Regency.
Determining the sample using the saturated technique by taking the entire population as many as 32 employees of the Turatea District Office, Jeneponto Regency. Data collection methods used are questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linearregression analysis. The results showed that (1) partially and simultaneously the work environment, leadership, and motivation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Turatea District Office, Jeneponto Regency (2) leadership was the most dominant variable affecting the performance of the Turatea District Office employees, Jeneponto Regency.
