Abstract

Sukarno Rahasia. 2021. Effect of Competence, Discipline, Motivation and Work Environment on Employees of the Civil Service Police Unit of Polewali Mandar Regency (supervised by Mashur Rasak and Fatmasari).
This study aims to determine and analyze the competence, discipline, motivation and work environment of the Civil Service Police Unit employees of Polewali Mandar Regency.
This type of research uses quantitative descriptive, namely the data obtained and presented in the form of processed numbers. The researcher determined that the population in this study was the Civil Service Police Unit as many as 33 people. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample. The number of samples of 33 respondents was taken from the number of civil servants at the Satpol PP in the Polewali Mandar Regency Office.
The results of this study indicate that the results of the F test or simultaneous testing indicate that simultaneously competence, discipline, motivation and work environment
have a significant effect on employees of the Civil Service Police Unit, Polewali Mandar Regency. The results of the t-test indicate that partially competence, discipline, and work environment have no effect on employees of the Civil Service Police Unit of Polewali Mandar Regency. Meanwhile, motivation partially has a significant effect on employees
of the Civil Service Police Unit, Polewali Mandar Regency. Motivation is the variable that has the most dominant influence on employees of the Civil Service Police Unit,
Polewali Mandar Regency.
