This research aims is to obtain the analysis description about the effect between (1) Training toward performance; (2) Development toward performance; (3) Work achievement toward performance; and (4) the positive relation between training, development, and work achievement toward the staff performance of Dinas Pertanian dan Ketahanan Pangan in Kepulauan Selayar Regency. The research was causality
quantitative. The population were the Staff Dinas Pertanian dan Ketahanan Pangan of Kepulauan Selayar Regency with simple random sampling technic. The result of this research described that occurs positive relationship between (1) training with performance 0,662; (2) development with performance 0,771; (3) work achievement with performance 0,574; and (4) positive relationship effected between training, development and work achievement with staff performance value each 0,836; 0,751; and 0,795.
