Science Polytechnic (3) the influence of spiritual intelligence on the performance of employees at the Laboratory Unit and simulatory of the Makassar Shipping Science Polytechnic. (4) the influence of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence simultaneously on the performance of employees at the Laboratory and simulator units of the Makassar Shipping Science Polytechnic.
This research approach is a quantitative approach. The research was conducted on employees at the Laboratory Unit and simulatory of the Makassar Shipping Science Polytechnic and was carried out from October - November 2021. The research population was the employees of the Makassar Marine Science Polytechnic Laboratory and simulator, totaling 86 people. The sample selection in this study was carried out using the saturated sampling method, namely by determining all the population as a total sample of 86 employees. The analysis technique used is Linear Regression analysis.
The results showed that: 1) There was no influence between intellectual intelligence on the performance of employees in the Laboratory Unit and the simulatory of the Makassar Shipping Science Polytechnic (2) there was a positive and significant influence of emotional intelligence on the performance of the employees in the Laboratory Unit
and simulatory of the Makassar Marine Science Polytechnic (3) there is a positive and significant influence of spiritual intelligence on the performance of employees at the Laboratory Unit and simulatory of the Makassar Shipping Science Polytechnic (4) there is a positive and significant influence between intellectual intelligence, emotional
intelligence and spiritual intelligence simultaneously on the performance of employees in the Laboratory Unit and simulatory of the Makassar Marine Science Polytechnic.
