This study aims to analyze Satpol PP and Damkar’s strategies in increasing the talent to support their role in implementing Perda at KTR.
This study uses a qualitative description method implemented at the Satpol PP and the Firefighters Bantaeng office. How to collect data by observation, interview and documentation. The analytical method used is a descriptive analytical method, which aims to describe in detail the data obtained from various sources in order to achieve the research goals.
As a result of the investigation, it was concluded that: (1) Satpol PP and firefighters' strategy was to participate in education and training related to the tasks they perform. (2) The role of Satpol PP and firefighters in the process of enforcing Perda at KTR is to provide guidance, oversight, and coordination with other parties or authorities
and agencies involved in enforcing Perda at KTR. (3) Public confidence in Satpol PP and firefighter performance is general about Satpol PP and firefighters' obligations as one of the regional equipment to help local leaders enforce local regulatory Perbup. A message that is low in knowledge and hunts down the actions of Satpol PP and firefighters. (4) The obstacles that Satpol PP and firefighters face when enforcing regional regulations through KTR are: SatpolPP and firefighters are still in short supply, there is no PPNS,
budgets are limited, and facilities and infrastructure are inadequate. (5) The scope of the KTR includes medical facilities, educational and learning facilities, children's
playgrounds, places of worship, closed sports facilities, workplaces, public transport, and other designated locations. (6) There are three elements that form the basis for determining KTR regional regulation. That is, itis based on philosophical, legal, and sociological grounds.
