Abstract

Arifuddin. 2021. The Effect of Pedagogic, Professional, Social, and Teacher Personality Competencies toward Teacher Performance of UPTD SD Negeri Gugus XI Region 1, West Bacukiki District, Parepare City, supervised by Mashur Razak and Heri Sugeng Waluyo.
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of pedagogic competence, professional, social, and teacher personality partially and simultaneously on the performance of UPTD SD Negeri Gugus XI Wilayah 1, West Bacukiki District, Parepare City.
The research approach was a survey approach carried out at the UPTD SD Negeri Gugus XI Region 1 West Bacukiki Subdistrict, Parepare City which consisted of four elementary schools, namely UPTD SDN 15 Parepare, UPTD SDN 24
Parepare, UPTD SDN 36 Parepare, and UPTD SDN 88 Parepare in December 2020 until January 2021. The population in this study were all PNS teachers of SD Negeri Guugus XI Region 1 West Bacukiki District, Parepare City, as many as 40 people.
Sampling in this study using a saturated sampling technique (census) in which all the population in this study were sampled. The sample used in this study were as many as
40 people. The data analysis used is Multiple Regression Analysis.
The results showed that (1) there was a positive and significant influence of pedagogical competence on teacher performance, with t count 5,386> t table 2,028 (2) there was no positive and significant effect of professional competence on teacher performance, with tcount -1,449 <ttable 2,028 (3) There is no positive and significant
influence of social competence on teacher performance, with tcount .127 <ttable 2.028 (4) there is no positive and significant effect of personality competence on teacher performance, with tcount .059 <ttable 2.028 (5) there is a positive and significant influence simultaneous pedagogic competence, professional, social, and teacher personality on teacher performance, with Fcount = 17.484> Ftable = 2.64.
Based on the research results, the coefficient of determination (R2): .666 means that the independent / independent variable (X) which includes the pedagogical,
professional, social, and personality competences of teachers has contributed to teacher performance by 66.6%, while the rest is 34 , 4% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.
