PENGARUH INTEGRITAS, KEMAMPUAN KERJA DAN SARANA PRASARANA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI BAWASLU KABUPATEN KEPULAUAN SELAYAR

This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of integrity, workability and infrastructure on employee performance partially (2) the influence of integrity, workability and infrastructure simultaneously on the performance of Bawaslu employees of Selayar Islands Regency.
This research belongs to the type of quantitative research with the number of research respondents as many as 52 employees of the Election Supervisory Board of the Selayar Islands Regency. In this study, the entire population was used as respondents. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques.
The results of the analysis of this study indicate that (1) Integrity has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Bawaslu employees of Selayar Islands Regency (2) Work ability has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Bawaslu employees of Selayar Islands Regency (3) Infrastructure has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Bawaslu of Selayar Islands Regency (4) Integrity, work ability, and infrastructure have a positive and significant simultaneous effect on the performance of Bawaslu employees of Selayar Islands Regency.
