This study aims to analyze the Internal Control System & Good Corporate Governance by using a quantitative approach. This study used primary data by distributing questionnaires to BPK representatives of South Sulawesi Province as
respondents and secondary data from journals, books, and others. The number of samples used is 50 samples and I utilized SPSS for data processing.
The results show that the implementation of the internal control system and good corporate governance has a positive effect on the local government corporate governance. The internal control system and good corporate governance simultaneously affects local government coporate governance in the examination area of the BPK Representative for South Sulawesi Province.
