Abstract

Mukhsin. 2021. The Effect of Leadership, Motivation, and Compensation, on Employee Performance at the Housing, Settlement and Defense Office of Polewali Mandar Regency, supervised by Muhammad Idris and Harlinda Harniati Arfan. This study aims to analyze (1) the partial influence of leadership, motivation and compensation on employee performance (2) the simultaneous influence of the influence of leadership, motivation and compensation on employee performance at the Housing, Settlement and Land Service Office of Polewali Mandar Regency (3) the most dominant variable affects the employee performance at the Office of Housing, Settlements and Land Polewali Mandar district. This research was conducted at the Housing, Settlement and Land Service Office of Polewali Mandar Regency. Determination of the sample using saturated technique by taking the entire population, as many as 52 employees. The data collection methods used were questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study conclude that (1) partially the influence of leadership, motivation and compensation on employee performance at the Housing, Settlement and Land Service of Polewali Mandar Regency has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Housing, Settlement and Land Service of Polewali Mandar Regency. This means that the influence of leadership, motivation and compensation on employee performance at the Housing, Settlement and Land Service of Polewali Mandar Regency is able to improve employee performance at the Housing, Settlement and Land Service of Polewali Mandar Regency (2) simultaneously. The influence of leadership, motivation and compensation on employee performance at the Housing, Settlement and Land Service Office of Polewali Mandar Regency has a positive
and significant effect on Employee Performance (3) partially shows that the influence of leadership, motivation and compensation variables on the performance of employees at the Housing, Settlement and Land Service of Polewali Mandar Regency, this shows that the better the influence of leadership will further improve the performance of the Housing, Settlement and Land Service of Polewali Mandar Regency.
