PENGARUH SELF CONCEPT DAN DISIPLIN TERHADAP SELF REGULATED LEARNING YANG DIMODERASI BUDAYA ORGANISASI PADA MAHASISWA FAKULTAS TARBIYAH IAIN PAREPARE

This study aims to determine and analyze: the effect of self-concept and discipline toward self-regulated learning, self-concept and discipline moderated by organizational culture on self-regulated learning in students of the Tarbiyah Faculty of IAIN Parepare.
This study was an expost facto research conducted on students of the Tarbiyah Faculty of IAIN Parepare from April to September 2020. The population of this study were all students of the Tarbiyah Faculty of IAIN Parepare in 2016-
2019 with 2000 students. The samples of this study were 125 students.
The results showed that (1) there is a positive and significant effect of selfconcept on self-regulated learning with t-statistic 4.514 > t table 1.96 which means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted (2) there is no positive and
significant effect of discipline on self-regulated learning with t-statistic 0.688 < t table 1.96 which means that H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected (3) organizational culture is unable to moderate the effect of self-concept on self-regulated learning with t-statistic 0.198 < t table 1.96 which means that H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected (4) organizational culture is unable to moderate the effect of self-concept on self-regulated learning with a t-statistic of 0.514 < t table 1.96 which means that H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected.
