Abstract

TrainingAgency Office of Enrekang Regency.
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the implementation of good governance on performance of the Regional Personnel Education and Training Agency of Enrekang Regency and the work environment on performance of the employees in the Regional Personnel and Training Agency Office of Enrekang Regency. This research used a survey approach with quantitative methods. This research was
conducted at the Regional Personnel and Education and Training Agency of Enrekang Regency. The population of this research were all employees at the Civil Service Agency
and Regional Education and Training EnrekangRegency, as many as 37 people, and the sample in this study were 37 employees who were selected by purposive sampling methods. The data analysis used was Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) programs.
The results of this study prove that variables of leadership, organizational culture and organizational climate on performance have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Civil Service Agency and Regional Education and Training of Enrekang Regency.
