Abstract

Faisal Panawang. 2021. The Effect of Employee Income Allowance, Job Satisfaction, and Motivation on Employee Performance at the Regional Secretariat of East Luwu Regency, supervised by Mashur Razak and Andi Djalante.
This study aims to (1) analyze the effect of additional income allowance, job satisfaction, and motivation partially on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of East Luwu Regency (2) analyze the effect of additional income allowance, job satisfaction, and motivation simultaneously on employee performance at the Secretariat. The Region of East Luwu Regency (3) analyzes the most dominant variables affecting employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of East Luwu Regency.
This research was conducted at the Regional Secretariat of East Luwu Regency. The research data was obtained through a survey of all employees who were in the Regional Secretariat of East Luwu Regency, which amounted to 78 people. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale which was distributed to all research respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with SPSS 26 software.
The results of this study indicate that (1) job satisfaction and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of East Luwu Regency, while additional income allowances do not
have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of East Luwu Regency (2) Simultaneously shows that the variables of additional income, job satisfaction and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of East Luwu Regency (3) the most dominant variable has an effect on employee performance (Y) of the
three independent variables, namely job satisfaction.
