Abstract

Hafsah. 2022. The Effect of Transformational Leadership, Competence and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at the Barru District Office, Barru Regency, supervised by Harlinda and Muhammad Idris.
This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of Transformational Leadership, Competence and Work Motivation partially and simultaneously on Employee Performance at the Barru District Office, Barru Regency (2) the most dominant
variable influencing employee performance at the Barru District Office, Barru Regency.
This study uses primary data with a survey method obtained
through distributing questionnaires to employees containing various statements related to the variables studied. The research questionnaire was delivered directly to the Barru District Office, Barru Regency which was the subject of the
research. The subjects of this study were all employees of the Barru District Office, amounting to 54 people. There were 54 questionnaires distributed and all of the data were returned. The data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression.
This study concludes that (1) partially Transformational Leadership and Competence have no significant effect on Employee Performance while Work Motivation has a significant effect on Employee Performance (2) Simultaneously
Transformational Leadership, Competence and Work Motivation have an effect on Employee Performance.
