Abstract

Syani Dwifitri. 2018MM22000. The Influence of Competence, Work Culture, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Office of the Manpower and Transmigration Office of South Sulawesi Province (supervised by Saban Echdar and Didiek Handayani Gusti).
This study aims to determine and analyze: (1) the influence of Competence, Work Culture and work discipline partially on Employee Performance at the Office of Manpower and Transmigration of South Sulawesi Province (2) the influence of Competence, Work Culture and work discipline simultaneously on Employee Performance at the Office of
Manpower and Transmigration of South Sulawesi Province 3) the most influential variables on employee performance at the Office of the Office of Manpower and Transmigration of South Sulawesi Province.
This research approach is a quantitative approach. The study was conducted at the Manpower and Transmigration Office of South Sulawesi Province and was carried out from October - November 2021. The research population was all civil servants in the work area of the Manpower and Transmigration Office of South Sulawesi Province, totaling 193 people. The sample selection in this study was carried out using the Random Sampling method, namely by determining 60% of the total population as a sample with a total of 116 employees. The analytical technique used is to use Multiple Linear
Regression The results of the study show that: 1) There is no positive and significant effect of Competence and Work Culture partially on employee performance while work discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Office of Manpower and Transmigration of South Sulawesi Province (2) There is a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously significant competence, work culture, and work discipline on employee performance at the Office of Manpower and Transmigration of South Sulawesi Province (3) Work discipline is the most influential variable on employee performance at the Office of Manpower and Transmigration of
South Sulawesi Province.
