Abstract

Adinda. 2025. The Influence of Taste and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction at Roti Maros Salenrang, supervised by Nurlaela and Rasdi.
This study aims to analyze (1) the partial influence of taste and service quality on customer satisfaction at Roti Maros Salenrang, and (2) the simultaneous influence of taste and service quality on customer satisfaction at Roti Maros Salenrang.
The study employed a quantitative approach using the distribution of e-questionnaires designed using a Likert scale to measure respondents' perceptions regarding the variables of taste, service quality, and customer satisfaction. Data was collected from 150 customers of Roti Maros Salenrang and analyzed using SPSS 22 software to understand the relationships between the variables.
The research findings indicate that (1) Both taste and service quality have a partial influence on customer satisfaction at Roti Maros Salenrang, and (2) Taste and service quality also have a simultaneous influence on customer satisfaction at Roti Maros Salenrang.
