Abstract
Irsan Askari. 2024. The Influence of Solvency and Profitability on the Financial Performance of Property Companies in Indonesia for the Period 2021-2023 (A Case Study on Construction Service companies listed on the IDX), supervised by Indrawan Azis and Karlina Ghazalah Rahman.
This study aims to analyze (1) The partial influence of solvency and profitability ratios on the financial performance of property companies in the construction service sector in Indonesia. (2) The simultaneous influence of solvency and profitability ratios on the financial performance of property companies in the construction service sector in Indonesia.
This research uses a quantitative method with descriptive statistical analysis. The population in this study consists of Property companies operating in the Construction Service sector listed on the IDX, totaling 4 companies. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling.
The results of the study show that (1) Partially, the solvency ratio has a significant negative influence on financial performance. Meanwhile, the profitability ratio has a positive and significant influence on financial performance. (2) Simultaneously, the regression model shows significance, with both variables having a positive and significant impact on the financial performance of construction service companies listed on the IDX.
