Abstract
Irfan. 2024. The Influence of Leadership Style, Work Discipline, and Work Commitment on the Performance of Civil Servants at the Provincial Library and Archives Office of South Sulawesi, supervised by Hamdana and Nurhaeda.
This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style, work discipline, and work commitment on the performance of Civil Servants (ASN) at the Provincial Library and Archives Office of South Sulawesi, both partially and simultaneously, and to identify the most dominant variable affecting the performance of Civil Servants.
This research uses quantitative data with the method of multiple linear regression analysis. Data was obtained through online questionnaires distributed to 62 Civil Servants at the Provincial Library and Archives Office of South Sulawesi.
The results of the study show that (1) Partially, the variables of leadership style, work discipline, and work commitment have a positive and significant influence
on the performance of Civil Servants. (2) Simultaneously, the variables of leadership style, work discipline, and work commitment simultaneously have a significant influence on the performance of Civil Servants. (3) The leadership style variable has the most dominant influence on employee performance at the Provincial Library and Archives Office of South Sulawesi.
