Abstract
Herdayanti. 2025. Factors Influencing Employee Performance at Pinisi Pusaka Indonesia By Seven Sails, supervised by Nurhaeda Z and Nurlaela.
This study aims to determine (1) an overview of employee performance at Pinisi Pusaka Indonesia By Seven Sails, and (2) the influence of work motivation on employee job satisfaction at Pinisi Pusaka Indonesia By Seven Sails.
The study employed a descriptive qualitative analysis approach. Data collection techniques used included observation, interviews, and documentation.
The research findings indicate that (1) Employee performance is influenced by a clear organizational structure and adherence to SOPs, with task suitability and capability as key factors. (2) Work motivation, supported by incentives and a positive environment, plays a crucial role in enhancing employee satisfaction and productivity.
