Abstract

Siti Annisa Ilmi Suqni. 2025. The Influence of Service Quality and Price on Consumer Satisfaction of the Mahya Laundry Business at Btn Graha Kalegowa, supervised by Andi Ummul Khair, S.Pd., M.Pd and Dr. Hj. Hamdana, S.E., M.Si.
This study aims to analyze (1) the partial effect of service quality on consumer satisfaction at Mahya Laundry, (2) the partial effect of price on consumer satisfaction at Mahya Laundry, and (3) the simultaneous effect of service quality and price on consumer satisfaction at Mahya Laundry.
The research sample consisted of 83 respondents who we re consumers of Mahya Laundry at Btn Graha Kalegowa. The study employed a quantitative approach using multiple regression analysis with a Likert scale.
The results indicate that (1) service quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Mahya Laundry, (2) price has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Mahya Laundry, and (3) both service quality and price simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Mahya Laundry.
