Abstract
Mutiara Dewi Maharani. 2025. The Influence of Product Quality and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction at Cafe Grind n Pull in Makassar City, supervised by Dr. Sri Prilmayanti Awaluddin, S.E. M.M. and Dr. Nuhaeda Z., S.E, M.
This study aims to analyze (1) the partial influence of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction at Cafe Grind n Pull in Makassar City, and (2) the simultaneous influence of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction at Cafe Grind n Pull in Makassar City.
The study employed a quantitative approach using multiple regression analysis with a Likert scale. The research sample consisted of 70 respondents who are customers at Cafe Grind n Pull in Makassar City.
The results show that (1) Product quality has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction at Cafe Grind n Pull in Makassar City. (2) Service quality has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction at Cafe Grind n Pull in Makassar City. (3) Product quality and service quality simultaneously have a significant influence on customer satisfaction at Cafe Grind n Pull in Makassar City.
