Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) the partial influence of promotion, trust, and service quality on customer satisfaction in airline ticket purchases at CV. Artala Buana. (2) the simultaneous influence of promotion, trust, and service quality on customer satisfaction in airline ticket purchases at CV. Artala Buana. (3) the most dominant variable influencing customer satisfaction in airline ticket purchases at CV. Artala Buana.
The research sample consists of 91 respondents who are consumers of airline tickets at CV. Artala Buana. The research method uses a quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis using a Likert scale.
The research results show that (1) Promotion has a significant influence on customer satisfaction in airline ticket purchases at CV. Artala Buana. (2) Trust has a significant influence on customer satisfaction in airline ticket purchases at CV. Artala Buana. (3) Service quality has a significant influence on customer satisfaction in airline ticket purchases at CV. Artala Buana. (4) The service quality variable has the most dominant influence on customer satisfaction in airline ticket purchases at CV. Artala Buana.
