This study aims (1) to determine the effect of accounting information systems on employee performance. (2) To determine the effect of the work environment on employee performance.
The research sample was 30 respondents who were staff working at PT Nabila Timur Indonesia regarding accounting information systems, work environment and employee performance, the study used multiple linear regression analysis methods with data collection using questionnaires.
The results of the study are (1) Accounting information systems have an important influence on the efficiency of employee performance (2) The work environment does not have a significant effect on employee performance.
