PENGARUH KOMPETENSI KERJA DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU PADA SMKN 1 ENREKANG

This study aims to analyze (1) The partial influence of job competence and work discipline on teacher performance at SMKN 1 Enrekang. (2) The simultaneous influence of job competence and work discipline on teacher performance at SMKN 1 Enrekang. (3) The most dominant variable influencing teacher performance at SMKN 1 Enrekang.
This research uses a quantitative method. The research sample consists of 55 respondents, who are teachers at SMKN 1 Enrekang. The study uses multiple linear regression analysis with data collection using a Likert scale questionnaire.
The research results show that (1) Job competence and work motivation have a positive and significant partial influence on teacher performance. (2) Job competence and work discipline have a positive and significant simultaneous influence on teacher performance. (3) The variable of work discipline has the most dominant influence on teacher performance at SMKN 1 Enrekang.
