Abstract
Alfia Randa. 2025. The Influence of Price and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction at Best Western Plus Makassar Beach Hotel, supervised by Dirwan and Rasdi.
This study aims to analyze the influence of price and service quality on customer satisfaction at Best Western Plus Makassar Beach Hotel.
The study employed a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis. The sample consisted of respondents who are hotel guests who have experienced the services provided. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires designed to measure customer perceptions regarding price, service quality, and their satisfaction.
The research findings indicate that (1) Individually, the variables of price and service quality have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction at Best Western Plus Makassar Beach Hotel. (2) Collectively, the variables of price and service quality have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction at Best Western Plus Makassar Beach Hotel.
