Abstract
Almutia Muslim. 2025. The Influence of Service and Product Quality on Customer Satisfaction at Davina Aesthetic Clinic, supervised by Dirwan and Iradat Rayhan Sofyan.
This study aims to analyze the influence of service and product quality on customer satisfaction at Davina Aesthetic Clinic.
The study employed a quantitative approach, collecting data through questionnaires distributed to 80 respondents who are customers of Davina Aesthetic Clinic. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression to determine the relationship between independent variables and the dependent variable.
The research findings indicate that both service and product quality have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. The variable of product quality has a greater influence than the service variable in enhancing customer satisfaction. Therefore, optimizing product quality and service can significantly improve customer satisfaction at Davina Aesthetic Clinic.
