Abstract
Ainun Nurfadiah Syamsul Kelian. 2023. The Effect of Service and Product Quality on Customer Satisfaction in the Nyuknyang Culinary Business in Polewali Mandar, supervised by Un Dini Imran and Andi Ircham Hidayat.
This study aims to (1) Identify and analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction in the Nyuknyang culinary business in Polewali Mandar (2) Identify and analyze the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction in the Nyuknyang culinary business in Polewali Mandar (3) Identify and analyze which variables which has a dominant influence on customer satisfaction in the Nyuknyang culinary business in Polewali Mandar.
The research sample consisted of 92 respondents who were customers at Nyuknyang in Polewali Mandar. The research used multiple linear analysis methods by collecting data using a questionnaire with a Likert scale.
The results show that (1) Service quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction at Nyuknyang in Polewali Mandar (2) Product quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction at Nyuknyang in Polewali Mandar (3) Product quality variable has the most dominant effect on customer satisfaction at Nyuknyang in Polewali Mandar.
